What can I say? I totally fell in love with this song from the moment I heard it. Plus, it's a Ray song!

Back on track. The lyrics are nicely put and are rather refreshing (unlike those cheesy love songs HK has these days...). In the first stanza, Ray sing about how Zhen Pong and Sau Fung meet by chance, and instantly change each other's world forever. The second stanza is my favourite; I love how it sounds so poetic in Chinese, but so crappy in English.

The chorus is what set this song apart from all those other love songs I have heard. Never have I heard a song in which the speaker loves the person s/he is speaking too, but rather hate than love them. It's depressing, but refreshing as well. Not a genre people usually venture into. The first line projects so much power, yet grief and sadness (okay, maybe it was a bit of Ray's voice too).

I'm just going to skip the stanza after that, because my opinion of it is pretty much the same as the first stanza. It does sound so much better in Chinese than English though. The last two lines were one of the most memorable lines for me: (in fact, one of the only lines I know from memory! PS: my Chinese sucks.)

I just loved those two lines...I don't know why, but I do. No words can describe it =D
